How to make a Ban appeal.

If you have been banned longer than a day, you may make an app.
Use the following template, or it will be automatically denied.

Minecraft name:
Minecraft Nickname:

Reason you were banned:

Reason you should be Unbanned:
(check your ban reason at NULL

Notes:
We do not accept "My younger/older sibling/friend did that! I had no control over my account!". If we see this, it will most likely be denied. Your account = your responsibility.
Also, if you were banned for hacking, or using an x-ray client, you will not recieve a second chance. No exceptions.
