In the middle of the IRL year put day of the week in as number using this:

Sunday 1-Monday 2-Tuesday 3-Wendsday 4-Thursday 5-Friday 6-Saturday 7.

Ex: IRL year: 2012
Day of the week: Sunday
Server Year: 20112

Alternative Method:

Take 2nd to last number off IRL year
Add --

Ex: IRL year: 2012
Server year: 20--2
